Aaron Bright Obituary

Aaron Thomas Bright peacefully passed away on April 19, 2022, with his children by his side. Aaron was born in Fairfax, Virginia on September 6, 1969.

As a child, Aaron lived in Orange County, Virginia where he graduated from Orange County High School in 1988. As a kid he enjoyed riding dirt bikes with his friends and causing neighborhood mischief, he was always tinkering with tools from a very young age. Aaron had a lifelong passion for singing and playing the guitar. He went on to be the lead singer of multiple bands. Aaron moved to Colorado to raise a family and begin his career as a master mechanic and welder. Aaron took his skills to the Union Pacific Railroad where he was a machinist, welder, and heavy equipment mechanic.

When spending time with his children he enjoyed exciting adventures and spontaneous road trips. They fondly remember all the times spent on the road singing at the top of their lungs alongside their dad. Aaron was the life of the party and had many friends that he held as close as family. He enjoyed rides on his Harley on beautiful Colorado days with his friends by his side.

Aaron is survived by his mother, Carol (Ernie) Young; father, Gerald (Suki) Bright; siblings, William Bright, Benjamin (Emmy) Bright, Brian Bright, Luke (Anna) Young, Rusty (Lindsey) Young, Dusty (Mindy) Young, Randon Young, Brandon Young, Valerie (David) Buchanan, and April (Gregory) Rogers; children, Camille (David) Martinez, Brigham Bright, Lydia (Nick) Bright, and Evan Bright; granddaughter, Athena Martinez; as well as many friends and family who adored him so much.

Aaron is preceded in death by his oldest son, Thomas Bright, and stepfather, Bobby Thomas.
