Anita Marie Clarke

Anita Marie Clarke February 12, 1929 - February 7, 2024.  Anita missed her 95th birthday by five days.  She resided in Colorado Springs, CO.  She was born in Van Buren, AR to Al and Marie Wentz.
Anita grew up in Sugar City, CO moving to Canon City as a teen.  She married Eldon Dean Clarke and was married for fifty years. 
Anita enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the mountains for picnics, and enjoying the outdoors.  She was deeply loved by everyone who knew her and her beloved dog Little Bit.
She is survived by her children JoAnn (Nick) Hartley, grandchildren Torrey and Kelli; Carol (Louis) Bastille, grandchildren Derek and Bob; Sharon Clarke; Billie (James) Mahan, granddaughter Katie; brothers Hugh (Carol) Wentz and Charles (Angie) Wentz; various great-grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Anita was preceded in death by her husband Eldon Clarke, daughter Dorothy Clarke, son Clinton Clarke; parents Al and Marie Wentz; and brother Art Wentz.
