Bobbi is survived by her husband, Neal; two granddaughters, Chelsea and Madison; one great-grandson, Rohed; as well as many nieces and nephews. All were loved deeply by “Grandma and Aunt Bobbi.” She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Heathera Winslow Archer; daughter, Chanel Hargrave; sisters, Shirley, Wanitta, Phylis and Carolyn; and brothers, Doyle, Ross and Dale.
