Betty was born on the plains of Eastern Colorado where she grew up with 8 siblings. She met and married the love of her life, Charles Hall, in September of 1947. They moved to Southern Colorado, where they raised 3 girls, Sharon, Carol, and Candy. Charles preceded her in death on March 17, 2012.
Betty loved the Rocky Mountains; she was known to say, “Look at those mountains. Oh God, how great thou art”. Betty operated and managed Canon Western Wear for 20 years until her retirement. But this was not her legacy, her love and faith in Jesus Christ was. Betty passed her love and faith in Jesus Christ on to her 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Because of our belief in Jesus Christ (John 3-16) we know this is not a final goodbye, we will see you again in heaven where the circle will be unbroken.
She has left a large hole in our lives and will be extremely missed.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Wellsprings Church in Florence, CO.
