Bobby Lee Reed of Westcliffe Colorado passed away on June 12th, 2026. Bobby was born to the late Alva and Inez Reed in Pueblo on February 15th, 1955. Bobby grew up with his Grandma Pearl Nelhs in the rural mountain side outside of Saguache Colorado. After high school, Bobby joined the army and started what could only be described as the best years of his life. He was awarded the national defense service medal and earned the parachute and rifle expert badges while being part of the 307th Engineering Battalion which was attached to the 82nd Airborne Division. Bobby will be remembered for his kind heart, hunting and fishing tall tales and above all else his love of his pets and family.
He is survived in death by his brothers Alva James Reed (known as Jim) and Allen Reed (Cheries), sister Jacquetta King, niece and nephew who he raised since 1995 Tiffany Dhooghe (Joey) and Brian Saraceno-Oliveri, long standing love Debbie Reed, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and countless friends and acquaintances. He is proceeded in death by his parents Alva and Inez Reed, Grandma Pearl Nelhs, sister Addie Nelson and her family, brother Charles Reed, nephew Michael King and sister Jeneva Violette.
