Boyd "Scooter" Nagel

Melvin Boyd "Scooter" Nagel passed away in his home in Texas Creek, CO on October 2, 2025 at the age of 79. He was born December 9, 1945 in Guthrie Center, Iowa to Donald J. and Mary Ellen Marquis Nagel.

Scooter is survived by his mother, Mary; sisters, Raynette Densmore of Anderson, CA; Teresa Driscoll and husband, Joel of Hotchkiss, CO, Cindy Schuckman and husband Wayne of Manhattan, KS; brother, Tim Nagel and wife Tami Robben of Canon City, CO; as well as many nieces and nephews, and his dog, Butch. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald; and brother-in-law, Elton "Skip" Densmore.

Scooter was a member of Praise Community Church in Florence, CO.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
