Mr. Clarence Earl Harding “Shag”, 77, died unexpectedly on July 29, 2020 in Pueblo, Colorado. He was born in Canon City, Colorado on July 17, 1943. Shag served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. His true love was his kids, his Power Stroke and riding his Harley. Survivors include his two daughters, Brenda West (Spencer) of Vero Beach, Florida, Dawn Harding of Sebastian, Florida; grandchildren, Breana Miller (Jonathan) of Palm Bay, Florida, Skyler Mathews of Sebastian, Florida, Autumn Schweitzer of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Kira Boyland of Sebastian, Florida; five great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
Clarence was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Clarence Fish of Canon City, Colorado; parents, Gerald and Jean Harding of Canon City, Colorado; sister, Lois Jean Patrick (Dinkle); step-daughter, Sabrina Stevens of Canon City, Colorado; granddaughter, Taylor Boyland of Sebastian, Florida; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Clarence Earl “Shag” Harding will be laid to rest at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, Mountain Vale Cemetery in Cañon City, Colorado. Memorial service to follow at 5:00 pm at the Owl Cigar Store, 626 Main Street, in Canon City. Family and friends are all welcome to come show their respects.
