Craig Weinheimer Obituary

There is a lot that can be said of Craig. There is too much to fit in this tiny space. Those of you who knew him would agree. Please share a story of his antics or kindness with a friend or family member. Craig Weinheimer was born to Carl and Virginia Weinheimer on February 6, 1956, in Colorado. Craig was a devout Christian. He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 27, 2024, he was 68. Craig graduated from Canon City High School. He snuck into college for a week. In his younger years he worked at Palace Drugstore and Bud Cook Feedstore. He later worked for the Fremont County Road and Bridge Department. After retiring, from the County, he worked for DFA for a while before realizing a lifelong dream and purchasing his own semi-truck. Another passion of his was owning cattle. Craig enjoyed spending time with his friends and usually getting into some kind of trouble. Family was his biggest joy and he was always looking for a reason to get everyone together.

Craig was preceded in death by his parents, uncles Charlie, Ray, and Wilbur, and his best friend Ray White. He is survived by his brother Carey (Carla) Weinheimer and their children Ryan and Lexi, Children Thiry (Chopper) Mills, Dusty Weinheimer, Brittannee (Gary) White, Grandchildren Clay Mills, Riley Mills, Daesha Mills, Dawesyn Mills, Jentry Mills, Mattilyn White, Alyssa White, Great Grandchild Cyllas Norris-Mills, and Uncle Lesley Raymond Dawes and numerous family members. He will be missed and remembered by many.
