Florencio Medina

Florencio Medina passed away February 28, 2024 in Canon City, CO. He was born October 29, 1937 in Gardner, CO to Alfred Medina and Barbara Vigil. He was skilled in many work endeavors; however, being a substance abuse counselor meant the most to him. He greatly enjoyed going fishing and watching football. Florencio especially loved children, and children also loved Florencio. He will be missed by all who know and loved him.

Florencio is survived by his son, Carlos Medina; grandchildren, Stephanie Sisneros Medina, Jacelynn Medina, Sage Medina; great-grandson, Kenai Little Bear Medina; and the mother of his children, Lydia Medina. He was preceded in death by his children, Cynthia Angel Medina, Christopher Medina; and his sister, Theresa.
