Harold Warren Ready, 96, passed away on May 1, 2022, in Pueblo, Colorado. Harold was born to Earl and Rosie Ready on December 23, 1925, in Canon City. Harold was united in marriage to Thelma Duncan on August 27, 1947. They lived in Pueblo, Colorado where Harold was a driver for ABF. He retired in May 1988. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pueblo and a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge BPOE #90.
Harold is survived by his daughter, Cheryl (James) Frasher; son, Kenneth W. (Linda) Ready; grandchildren, Trevor, Tisha (Brian) White, Jimmy (Beth) Frasher, Erin (Todd) Burmeister, Brandon (Kaylene) Ready; thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Katie Duncan; and special thanks to nephew, Raymond Ready for his many years of care and friendship. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Ready; parents, Earl and Rosie Ready; four brothers, Alan, Earl, Clyde, Melvin, and their wives.
A private graveside service will be held at Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to: New Century Hospice 1320 Fortino Blvd Suite C, Pueblo, Colorado, 81008.
