Jean L. Yellico

Jean Yellico was born on June 3, 1928. She passed away at the age of 93 on October 7, 2021.

She was raised in Canon City, Colorado, where she met her husband Louis, later moving to Wetmore where she resided until her death.

Jean lived and worked on the family ranch and enjoyed gardening, needlepoint, and traveling with her friends.

Jean is survived by her three daughters, Patricia Yellico, Denise Limberis, and Adrienne (Brad) Karrington; four grandchildren, Josette (Jeff) Riddle, Shelby Limberis, Bradley Karrington, and Brandon Karrington; two great-grandchildren, Brenton Riddle and Clayton Riddle; and one great-great-grandchild, Paisley Riddle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Levona Bondurant; husband, Louis Yellico; and son, Louis Wayne Yellico.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City, Colorado. A reception will follow services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wetmore Library or the Wetmore Fire Department with the family’s thanks.
