Johnie William Miller

Johnie William Miller “Bill” was born on February 20, 1936. He passed on to higher ground on March 9, 2024. Bill was a resident of Leadville, CO for most of his life. He resided in Florence, CO for the past 35 years. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Bill is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 66 ½ years, Loretta Ruth Miller; his precious children, David Miller and Penny Ponder, Vicki and Lucky Miller, Sheri and Mike Cerise and Debi and Jeff Lowry; as well as 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, John Vance Miller and Emma Gertrude Miller; and his three beloved sisters, Barbara Rust, Lena Gall and Rita Fabian.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a.m on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Holt Chapel of the Garden: 806 Macon Ave. Canon City, CO.
