In loving memory of Judi Dirksen, a beacon of strength, love and a child of God, passed away peacefully December 20, 2023. She was a beautiful woman with an unfailing faith, whose impact on the lives of others was immense. She will be extremely missed.
Born on May 10, 1962 in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to Donna and Erna Jones, Judi embraced life with a heart full of love, commitment to others and a steadfast devotion to her faith. Her greatest joy was being “Momma” to her two sons Steven and Michael. Inspired by the love of her own mother, she built a legacy of boundless love, wisdom, and unwavering support that laid the foundation for their success and shaped them into the compassionate men they are today.
Throughout her life, Judi faced adversity with remarkable courage and grace, demonstrating an unyielding spirit that inspired all who knew her. Her battle with cancer only served to illuminate and strengthen her faith, leaving an indelible mark on those who witnessed her journey.
Beyond her role as a mother, Judi was a source of light and comfort to all who crossed her path. Her compassion, kindness, and unmatched humor created an atmosphere of comfort and joy, making her an irreplaceable friend to so many.
Though she has left this world, her legacy of love, resilience, and unshaken faith lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will continue to inspire us to embrace each day with courage, to cherish our loved ones, and to find joy in life's simplest moments.
As we bid her farewell, we reflect on the remarkable life of Judi, cherishing the memories we hold dear and drawing strength from the love she so freely shared. Her spirit will forever endure, guiding us through life's challenges and reminding us to live with passion, grace, and love.
Judi is survived by her loving sons, Steve Adams and Michael Dirksen, Son-in-Law Richard,
Granddaughter Kennedy, chosen-daughter Mysti, siblings Kenny, Susan, Nancy, Terry, Lee, Carole, James, and a community of family and friends whose lives will forever be reminded of her love, inspiring us to love one another.
In Judi’s, word’s “My eyes closed fast, but I am still lifting my voice to you, God.”
Remembrance service will be held on January 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeside Cemetery. Love and fellowship reception to follow at Vineyard Church
