Julia Banning-Green

The wonderful and dedicated sister, mother of 2, and committed spouse, Julia Betty Banning-Green is now with Christ. She graduated from this life into the next on Thanksgiving Day 2024 at 7:17pm to live forever in peace and comfort with our Lord. We are saddened yet rejoice. We have suffered a great loss yet are encouraged that through her passing we may expect a welcoming of our own and be reunited again. And, in that, we express here a tiny token to a person like no other.

Julia is survived by her husband, Shannon Green, of 41 years, who managed and cared for her, never leaving her side during her final months. She is also survived by her 2 children, Toy Hallman and Robert Dillon, who were always at the forefront of her thoughts and ambitions, and who loved her beyond measure. Sam Banning is her only surviving sibling and the one who she was most proud of, always being a source of encouragement and inspiration to her. Julias personality, hard work, and dedication to her family will ripple through the lives of her survivors, continuing her presence among all who meet us always. Not only this, but her profound impact on the lives of her in-laws who now stand with and comfort those of us who remain cannot be overstated. We present here to anyone who may be reading this a toast of sorts to not only a person, but a gift invaluable and irreplaceable. Thanks, Julia, for your life! Ours would not be complete without you. You will not be forgotten and forever you will be cherished. See you again soon!
