Kenneth "Ken" F. Starika

Kenneth F. Starika, 91, passed away May 29, 2024.  He was born March 11, 1933, to John and Kathryn Starika. He married Eleanor Starika (Bullock) in 1958. Ken enlisted in the Navy at the young age of 18 and served during the Korean war.  Following his honorable discharge, he joined the Army and helped rebuild South Korea. Ken was an avid trap shooter and hunter.  He never missed a year of hunting, even going last year at the age of 90. Ken is survived by his son Kurt, daughter Stacey (Brandon), granddaughter Breanna- who was the light of his life, brother Jim (Jan), sisters Betty and Sue, numerous nieces, nephews, and good friends.  He is preceded in death by his wife, daughter Kimberly, parents, two brothers and three sisters. There will be no formal funeral services.  A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.  Thank you to Jim, Jan, and Sangre de Cristo Hospice for all your help, love, support and kindness- We appreciate each and every one of you.
