Lulu Phyllis Bradbury went to be with the Lord, on May 21, 2022, in Canon City, Colorado. She was born on June 15, 1925, and grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her parents, Lulu Ida, Frank Philip Lakin, and younger brothers, Bill and Frank.

She was a nurse at St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City for 40 years. She married Hadley “Jake” Bradbury in Raton, New Mexico on May 10, 1952, and the family moved to Canon City in August 1956.
In her free time, Phyllis enjoyed line dancing, visiting with friends and family, and volunteering at Harrison and Washington Elementary School for over 20 years.
