Mary Catherine (McKinnon) Gatzke, age 81, died September 18, 2019 in Canon City, Colorado.

Mary was born in Hammond, Indiana to Frank and Eleanor (Wagonblast) on July 19, 1938.

Mary married Gary L. Gatzke in Florence, Colorado in 1985. She and her husband Gary owned and operated The Florence Service Center in Florence, Colorado. Mary worked at Goodwill Industries in Canon City, Colorado the last ten years of her working career.

Mary enjoyed gardening and planting many beautiful varieties of flowers. She loved to be outdoors, and with her husband Gary, traveling all over Colorado and New Mexico in their camper.

She is survived by her husband Gary; daughter, Cynthia Bean of Hammond, Indiana; John (Holly)Holler of Indiana; stepsons, Greg and Gery Gatzke of Colorado; grandchildren, Dawn (Phillip) Johansen, Dewey (Shelly) Bean, Marie Holler, and Mary Holler of Indiana; and great-grandchildren, Andrew and Anthony Johansen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Holler; and son-in-law Dewey C. Bean.
