Mary Ann "Anne" Beckham Walker died peacefully at home in Westcliffe, CO on May 7, 2024. She was surrounded by family.
Anne was born in Oak Ridge, TN to Wilbur and Carrie Beckham on May 24, 1939. She was the second of five children and the youngest girl.
She is survived by her loving husband, Lanny Walker; children, Elizabeth (Robert) Scully of Salida, CO, Charles Greenhow of Azle, TX, Texas and Wayne (Jacque) Walker of Austin, TX; brother, Tommy (Kathy) Beckham. She also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart and was very proud of.
Anne enjoyed watching "Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune", but especially enjoyed watching football. She liked to talk to her friends no matter where they lived in the country. And she was crazy about Irises.
She lived all over the country from California to Virginia to Texas. But the place she loved the best was Colorado. Anne loved looking at the mountains, especially when there was snow on them.
A service will be held at a later date.
