Pamela “Pam” Dang
June 30, 1969 – November 8, 2025
Pamela “Pam” Anderson left this world on November 8, 2025. She was born on June 30, 1969, to Joe and Brigitte Anderson.
Pam grew up in Cañon City, Colorado, and graduated from Cañon City High School. After graduation, she moved to Denver, where she worked at the convention center. In time, Pam returned to Cañon City to raise her daughter, Jasmine, who became the center of her world.
Pam worked at the McDermott Law Firm before pursuing her true calling in nursing. She attended nursing school and ultimately finished with a Batcheler’s degree in nursing. In 2014, she began her career with the Colorado Department of Corrections. Pam served faithfully as a Nurse III with the Department of Corrections at both Colorado Territorial Infirmary and Fremont Correctional Facility until her passing. She was known as a caring, genuine person who deeply loved the nurses she worked alongside and was passionate about her role as both a nurse and supervisor.
Nothing in life meant more to Pam than her daughter, Jasmine. She was a proud mother whose love was unwavering and unmatched. Her other great love was her dog, Stormi, whose companionship brought her immense joy. Their bond was extraordinary and reflected the warmth and loyalty that Pam shared with everyone she loved.
She is survived by her daughter, Jasmine Dang; mother, Brigitte Anderson; siblings, Charles Anderson, Sandy Adams, and Tom (Michelle) Anderson; lifelong friends, Michelle and Kevin Taylor; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers who will forever cherish her memory. Pam was preceded in death by her father, Joe Anderson; and her brother, Billy Anderson.
Pam will be remembered for her kindness, authenticity, strong spirit, and the deep devotion she had to the people and animals she loved most.
Services will be held Friday, November 14, at 10:00 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home. A Life Celebration will follow the service at Pathfinder Park Classroom. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
