Ralph Benzino of Canon City, Colorado, was born in Paris, France to Robert and Rosemary Benzino. He passed away on November 24, 2025.
He met his love, Karen, and for 40 years, they endeavored together through their careers, and adventures. Ralph served in the Colorado Army National Guard from 1988 to 1995 and was honorably discharged as 1st Lt. Later he worked for and retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Ralph could be found at Canon City Lanes, enjoying laughs and friendly competition with the Prime Timers and Rolling Rockers. After Ralph and Karen retired, they took many voyages around the world. Ralph's favorite place was New Zealand and they found themselves in Alaska every year. Ralph's final resting place will be Pikes Peak National Cemetery, a place as grand and enduring as the life he lived.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, two sisters, four children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry his memory forward with love.
Now he begins the greatest odyssey life has to offer.
Ralph was kind, generous, goofy, and forever loved by his family and friends.
