Richard "Dickie" McWilliams Obituary

Richard “Dickie” McWilliams, 71, of Canon City, Colorado passed away on April 10, 2022. He was born to Henry and Jennie (Rigirozzi) McWilliams Sr. on April 26, 1950, in Canon City, Colorado.

He had a great love of food, especially pizza, pasta, and Cheeto’s. The only thing he loved more than family, friends, or food, was the Raiders football team. He lived a long, well-lived life. The family is deeply saddened, and he will be dearly missed by many. Dickie made anyone who knew him laugh and many say he was quite the character, fun-loving, and a one-of-a-kind unique person.

He is survived by his siblings, Antionette Smith, Henry McWilliams Jr., Bill (Cheryl) McWilliams, Ed (Cathy) McWilliams, and Ida Mathias-McSchooler, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dickie is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Michael McWilliams.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 15, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home: 1449 S. 9th Street, Canon City, Colorado 81212. A family gathering will follow services.
