Samuel Martin Obituary

Samuel Thomas Martin left this earth to be with his Lord and Savior on August 25, 2021. Samuel was born in 1945 in Billings, Montana to his parents Samuel Martin and Emma (Skalka) Martin.

Samuel married Irene (Dunn) Morgan who currently resides in Red Lodge, Montana. Their union produced Samuel’s only child. Samuel's son, Thomas Samuel Martin, currently resides in Clancy, Montana. Samuel and Irene were later divorced.

Samuel was a Vietnam Era Veteran. He served his country as a trained Combat Marine. Samuel also held several other jobs in his lifetime. Some of those being a truck driver, a tire builder, and a barber just to name a few. Samuel also worked for CDOC as a correctional officer until he retired.

Samuel loved the Lord and spreading His word, he was a warrior for Christ. He also loved traveling country roads, the outdoors, joking and laughing with others, and Colorado. He was quite fond of his Indian Chief Roadmaster motorcycle.

Samuel will be missed for his gregarious personality, infectious smile, and charismatic nature.

Samuel is survived by his son; Thomas Samuel Martin of Clancy, Montana, and sisters; Emma Lee Martin of Billings, Montana, Margaret Francis Boyd of Perris, California, and Mary Jane Wethington of Phoenix, Arizona.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents; Samuel Martin and Emma Martin, and brother; Russell Joseph Martin formerly of Miles City, Montana.
