Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Friend

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Sharon Yvonne Dorn (Briles), who left us peacefully on May 7, 2025, supported by family and friends. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend whose incredible spirit and warmth touched everyone she met.

Sharon's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family and her community. As a devoted wife, she stood beside her spouse of 68 years, Ronald, through all of life's triumphs and challenges.  She was devoted to her savior Jesus Christ and was a mighty warrior for those in need of prayer.  Both Ronald and Sharon are charter members of the Christian Family Fellowship Church.

Sharon was an unwavering friend to many. Her genuine compassion, understanding, and kindness endeared her to all who knew her. Whether offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a warm embrace, Sharon's friendship was a treasured gift.

Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, dedication, and grace. Sharon's memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will continue to inspire and uplift those she loved. 

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Duane Dorn; her children, Ronald Allen Dorn (Carol), Caryn Lovern (Garry) and Eric Dorn (Dianna); her grandchildren, Craig Dorn, Meaghan Dorn (Jon), Caitlin Mosconi (Christopher), Kynna Boughton (Orion), Kelsey West (Michael), and Anthony Erps (Moorea); and her great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Briar Boughton, Baby Girl West and Baby Anthony Mosconi. 

Sharon Dorn will be profoundly missed but never forgotten. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her beloved family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on May 16, 2025 at 10:00 am at Christian Family Fellowship Church, 1011 Monroe Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212 and will stream on the Christian Family Fellowship Church website: https://www.cffcc.net/service-and-sermons
