Sherrie Walker

Sherrie Ray Walker passed away January 26, 2026 in Colorado Springs, CO. She was born on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1960 to Raymond and Joanne Knisley. Sherrie worked for Starpoint as a Family Coordinator, serving the Fremont County community for many years.

Sherrie loved horses, and fishing and boating with her sons, who meant everything to her. She will be missed very much by all who knew and loved her.

Sherrie is survived by her sons, Mitch Walker, Hana Walker and Weston Walker; brothers, Mark Knisley and Allen Knisley; grandchildren, Kendra, Natalie and Duane Walker, Addison Pakenham; and great-grandchildren, Kaisley and Clayton Cruz and Kohen Walker; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Walker ; and  parents, Raymond and Joanne Knisley.

Funeral service to honor Sherrie’s life will be on Monday, February 2, 2026, 11a.m. at Wilson Memorial Chapel: 1449 S 9th St Canon City, CO.
