Vernon J. Walsworth, 89, passed away on November 21, 2025 in Canon City, CO. He was born on April 6, 1936 to William and Mary Walsworth. Vernon spent much of his life in Indiana before moving to Colorado in 1987. Vernon loved off roading in his jeep, traveling, and fixing things. He could fix anything that was broken. However, he loved motorcycles most of all. He competed in the International Six Days Trial in Czechoslovakia and was nationally recognized. Vernon was also a motorcycle dealer and owned his own motorcycle business.
Vernon is survived by his wife, Sondra; children, Rick Walsworth and Marilea Rans; grandchildren, Matthew Walsworth and Jenifer (Peter) Parenti; and great-grandchildren, Gianna and Maxwell Parenti; and siblings, Roger Walsworth and Timothy Walsworth. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, William Walsworth and Terrance Walsworth.
